Who we are
PenworthCV ("we", "us") provides CV and resume writing services through penworthcv.com. Contact: hello@penworthcv.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us in forms: name, email, phone, location, target role, country and industry.
- Documents you upload, such as your current CV.
- Information in your questionnaire and emails.
- Your currency choice, stored in your own browser.
How we use it
Only to provide the service you asked for: reviewing or writing your documents, communicating with you, taking payment and meeting legal obligations. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions and attachments are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare.
How long we keep it
We keep your documents and correspondence for up to 24 months after your order so we can honour revisions and the guarantee, then delete them. Free-review uploads are deleted within 6 months. Ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@penworthcv.com. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your currency choice locally.
