Terms of service
Plain English, kept short.
The service
PenworthCV writes CVs, resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, executive bios and related documents based on information you provide. You're responsible for the accuracy of that information.
Orders and payment
After you submit an order we email a secure payment link within 1 working day. Writing begins once payment is complete and we receive your questionnaire. Prices are one-time payments in the currency shown at checkout.
Turnaround
We aim to deliver your first draft within 1 working day of receiving your completed questionnaire. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Revisions
Standard includes 3 rounds of revisions. Professional, Premium and Executive Pro include unlimited revisions within 60 days of your first draft, for the same target role and country.
The 60-day guarantee
If your CV isn't generating responses (interview invitations, recruiter calls or requests for more information) within 60 days of final delivery, we'll rewrite it free. To claim, email us within the 60 days showing at least 15 applications to roles that match the level, field and country your CV was written for, using the final version we delivered.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund before your writer starts. Once writing has begun, we don't offer refunds, but the revisions and guarantee above apply.
Ownership
Once paid, the final documents are yours to use, edit and share for your job search. We may use anonymised extracts as samples only with your permission.
Liability
We work hard to help you get interviews, but hiring decisions are made by employers and we can't guarantee a job offer.
